Technician was super capable and in terms of cleaning up nails, cuticles, etc one of the best manicures I’ve had. However, the whole process took an hour and a half. Also, this might be an issue with Treatwell, but the manicure I booked was advertised as gel - halfway through it became apparent the polish was regular laquer with the result that it smudged on each nail as drying and the manager refused to switch over to gel. As I was already late for an appointment I asked to come back the next day to have it fixed. When I came back the manager was pretty rude and said this wasn’t their problem - I ended up being pretty pushy to explain what happened and she finally gave in and also redid the Polish with gel. Long story short, I was pretty unimpressed with the salon at first, however, given they made amends and redid the service, which lasted over two weeks my opinion has changed. I’ll definitely come again, but book only gel / make sure I leave a big enough window where I’m not late for another appointment.
