The BIAB felt very rushed, the shape is nice but the painting is quite sloppy and no cuticle care was done. The hygiene/cleanliness of the shop isn’t great and different people kept swapping over so I had 3 people in total working on my nails which felt a bit awkward. Sadly won’t be returning
