I booked and paid online, all smooth when I arrived though I did discover that I had booked a certain pedicure I didn't know about so more description on website would help for people like me who do not know all the new types of varnishes etc. I was welcomed and we'll taken care of. When I asked a question the staff were knowledgeable and professional so will go back and try a shellac manicure which I have never done.
