The staff were not terribly welcoming or professional when I first went in - not sure if this was because they were having lunch but I felt like I had interrupted them rather than them treating me as the customer. However my wax with Tatiana was very good and efficient as it has been on previous occasions when I've been here.

The staff were very friendly!! The salon is a good standard and seemed clean. The maxing wasn't the best I've had but I would go again and the tinting service was good!
