I wish I didn't waste a whole £60 on this :( The BIAB manicure was okay, but they didn't clean up the skin around the nails, cuticle work was subpar, and didn't clean underneath the nails properly. In most places, they do a little hand massage with the hand lotion at the end, but that wasn't the case here. I think for £60 more things should have definitely been included. Staff was friendly and they did gift a cuticle oil at the end, but other than that I won't go back for that price.
