After being a loyal customer for a year, I am extremely disappointed with my last two visits. My BIAB isn’t lasting, and Anna cut my fingers twice with no compensation. My nails lifted after just two days and had to be removed within the first week. I won’t be going back again—they ignored my messages when I reached out for a fix. DON’T GO
