My nails look great but it seemed like the salon had overbooked so I had to wait to be seen and then the therapist had to rush through my manicure as there were people waiting (she did my full gel manicure in about 20 minutes!). My therapist was very friendly and checked if I liked the colour but a few days later my cuticles are pretty sore as she was quite rough with trimming them.
