Lovely staff but my appointment felt rushed. Some of the nails are wonky and my nails beds are a bit pained which never happens. Unfortunately won't be returning.

Rushed and nicked on hands and feet by two different technicians. I booked two treatments (manicure and pedicure) for the same time as I had done when I used to make walk-in appointments. I didn’t realise I should’ve booked one after another and wasn’t made clear on the app. After a curt telling off (which I didn’t appreciate) we got to work. There were other double bookings so I felt this visit was rushed. Results were good but not the best I’ve had here. Lessons learnt 1. Don’t book more than one appointment to start at the same time 2. Try and avoided evenings and weekends, Still a fan.
