I have always come to Images and normally love it however, this time 6 of my nails had completely chipped within 4 days of getting Shellac. I called the salon and was told unless I came today (which I can’t as I sm away for work), they couldn’t fix them. Really disappointed by Images, I wont be coming back.

Beautiful nails, beautiful staff, beautiful experience. I paid extra on top of the treatment I initially booked & got bright orange SNS with extensions and I haven’t loved my nails this much in years! Such a lovely atmosphere and the perfect place to spend an hour of your day. The staff were even nice to the super rude woman who threw an adult tantrum about the colour of her daughter’s French manicure after they’d already finished all 10 fingers. If she leaves a review on here ignore it. :) :)

I had the most relaxing pedicure after work. Lovely salon environment. My pedicurist checked I was happy with the colour, and when I wasn’t sure got a different colour straight away. I wasn’t made to feel awkward about this at all. Really smooth appointment. Will definitely be back. Thank you all!
