This was massively disappointing. Only positive was that the staff were lovely. The cleanliness around the pedicure area was filthy. There were nail clippings from previous clients all over the floor. The pedicure didn’t include any spa treatments, water etc. The whole pedicure (including removal) took a total of 21 minutes for a £36+ appointment. There was no atmosphere and it was all very rushed (incredibly frustrating when it wasn’t even busy). Won’t be going again.
