Had a Hollywood here before which was good. Unfortunately my leg wax here was pretty bad. The staff member did not have good technique and left me with loads of broken hairs so it barely looks like I’ve had a wax. She also would go over the same spot multiple times so I’ve got layers of skin missing in some areas.

I booked a deluxe manicure but was delayed for 20 mins, and they gave me a normal manicure. They then realised that I have paid for a deluxe manicure so they put a hand cream to “compensate me for my money” and wrapped my hands with dirty and smelly hot towel - which was awful.
