The experience here was good and the room was comfortable and warm. It did feel slightly rushed which is why it’s only 4 not 5 stars!

They had no recollection of my appointment. The room was dirty, the pot of hot wax was dirty, the roller wax for my legs also dirty.
I repeatedly said the wax was too hot. She turned the pot off, but didn’t cool it before applying to the skin. The hot wax was the most painful I have ever had, she pulled slowly which meant I felt every hair being pulled. The wax is incomplete, there is still hair where there shouldn’t be and I was covered in wax remnants when I left.
