They had no recollection of my appointment. The room was dirty, the pot of hot wax was dirty, the roller wax for my legs also dirty.
I repeatedly said the wax was too hot. She turned the pot off, but didn’t cool it before applying to the skin. The hot wax was the most painful I have ever had, she pulled slowly which meant I felt every hair being pulled. The wax is incomplete, there is still hair where there shouldn’t be and I was covered in wax remnants when I left.

i booked so i could get it done quickly n leave on time but no one was available to do my mani-pedi so i had to wait for a while while they did all the walk ins first. too many people for too little staff. manicures chipped quickly on the same day despite having been very careful
