Had a great deluxe pedicure this morning. Staff are a little quiet, but do a fab and efficient job. Definitely recommend!
Pedicure
I arrived for my 9:30am appointment and the salon was closed. A few mins later it opened and the lady there was incredibly rude to me and I was made to feel very unwelcome (for arriving on time!). When I said I had an appointment that I’d booked through Treatwell I was told “I haven’t checked Treatwell appointments yet...” I then had to show her my Treatwell confirmation email for her to decide I was legitimate. After that the experience was fine - the lady who did my pedicure was sweet and I was happy with it. It just started late due to the initial confusion so it meant I had to ask them to cut the treatment short at the end as I had a midwife appointment (based on the original start time and the amount of time allocated to the treatment). Unfortunately due to the rudeness of the one member of staff at the start I won’t be returning.
