Quick appointment which was good. Although the lady who did my treatment kept answering her phone whilst waxing me. I found this a bit rude and unprofessional.
Hollywood was was done very well but half leg was wasn’t. Have been left with patches of hair still on my legs which I’ve had to go over again at home. Not what I wanted.

Was left to wait 40 min for my appointment because they claimed my booking was not confirmed despite having a confirmation email... due to my time restrictions I tried to arrange a solution (I.e. change booking for later that day) but no flexibility was showed by the staff
