Slightly disappointed really. I booked my manicure for 14:30 in the afternoon. I arrived ontime but was left waiting for almost 20 minutes without even so much as an apology or even an offer of a drink of water. They didnt even seem to be aware that they had someone for 14:30. I understand running a little late sometimes but to not even apologize is not good customer service.

As a matter of fact I had Van! She was lovely, very attentive and skilled. And quick, without rushing things. I am very satisfied with my gel manicure and will definitively go back when next in London.
