The beauty therapist was really lovely compared to the other staff in the shop in particular a Chinese lady with long hair. The therapist was a very nice lady who really took pride in her work and made sure every single hair was removed which was great. I will 100% go back solely because of her however I didn’t catch her name but when booking she is under beauty therapist. I find the other staff don’t understand English and can come across quite rude

Eyelashes not bad... took an extremely long time and they don’t look quite as full as I’d hoped. Only had them on for a couple of days but hopeful they’ll last!
