Staff is not always friendly. At arrival, I was asked to sit down an wait even though I’ve booked a time for my appointment. 5 min after I was taken to the room and the heating was not on. I think attention to detail is important to make a customer feel welcome. The treatment itself was quick and average so nothing to shout out about.
