I was so disappointed. After a nice experience with being taken on time and quickly, with nice results, I was sad when I had a chip four days in. Reassured
By their website saying I could get a touch up free of charge (I must say this would be fabulous if they honoured it....!) I emailed telling them I had a very slight chip but had a wedding next day so if they could fit me in it would be great. Sadly they completely ignored me, and I mean zero acknowledgement. Really poor for a thoroughfare after such a strong start. I'd be delighted if they reached out to me after this review as apart from this I'd be singing their five star praises, but as they ignored me I just can't.
Gel Nails Manicure
The wax itself was perfect! The salon is quite clinical (plastic sheets to cover treatment beds) so not incredibly welcoming or relaxing. Staff were nice enough. Overall fine but not in a huge rush to go back!
