I've been in this studio a few times. They're consistently ignorant of their online appointments and when I get there, they're scrambling to figure out how to fulfil my scheduled appointment. They end up starting my treatment late and do it in a hurry. In my most recent visit, the nail artist completely destroyed my nails when she removed a previous Shellac treatment. Instead of focusing on my hands, she was looking around at the queue of customers and at the same time was peeling my Shellac treatment off with a metal instrument. It will take weeks for my nails to recover. On top of this, their price catalogue doesn't include a Shellac removal price and one ends up paying more when they get to the till to check out. I will never return to this place.
Manicure
I got there at 10 but they were a bit busy so I waited for a few minutes but attended to me as soon as they can. The staff who did my deluxe mani / pedi also cleaned my cuticle too much that it hurt but was remedied. Overall, a few hiccups but I go to Images a lot and I do like the place, does the job.

I had to wait quite awhile but therapist was very friendly and did a great job!
