Cynthia put me at ease, explained the whole process and demonstrated her scientific knowledge of the body/skin in relation to hot waxing. It wasn't painless but it was a lot less painful and that's down to Cynthia's technique and top range wax. Thank you! I can't wait for my next visit.

No friendly atmosphere which is needed when getting a V wax, missed so many hairs inside and keeps claiming i shaved in between sessions which i hadnt. Overall , wouldn’t go back and regret paying prior as i wouldnt of paid £25 for that
