A booked a waxing but I was disappointed :
- 20/30 minutes late
- another person who had an appointment at the same time
-wax too hot that burned me
- waxing done in 15 minutes instead of 30 min
-still some hair left - remaining hair etc.

Very quick wax, although i noticed the same stick was used to dip in the pot, not all the hairs were removed, didnt get my snail trail either :(. felt if i was asked to put myself in better positions or asked to hold the skin taut the results wouldve been better
