We were seen 25’ later than our booking which initially we thought was ok as it can happen to all but the treatment lasted less time, only 20’ for my partner and same for me after as I guess the therapist was trying to save time which honestly should not happen as when you book for 30’ facial it should be 30’ so not happy we that
We were supposed to be seen at 14:00-14:30 and 14:35-15:05 and we got started at 14:25 and we’re both fine by 15:15
