Microblading unfortunately my skin has been assessed by another salon and the cuts are in the wrong level of debris meaning they are too deep I would suggest this probably will be the only time this has happened but also I recommend using the numbing agent in advance as other salons do otherwise I really liked the therapist and hope that I’ll be able to fix them with laser

First time going to Imagiine beauty, the location is great and very easy to find. It was also my first time having a wax, so I didn’t know what to expect. Cynthia was lovely, made me comfortable and did an excellent job with the wax.
Will definitely be using her services again, would highly recommend.

Honestly, the best wax experience. I don't know how Cynthia makes a Hollywood wax painless, but she does. She also takes the time to make sure all hair is gone. Definitely recommend 100%.

The therapy room was cold, unclean & not very inviting. My therapist did not ask me if I was allergic to anything or what kind of pressure I preferred. I booked a 60 mins massage but it ended at 45 mins. I had to tell the therapist that we still had 15 mins left. The therapist did carry on for another 15 mins but I felt very uncomfortable after having to tell her. On payment, I was asked for cash which was not specified when booking. I had to do a direct bank transfer to the therapist.
