Cynthia is lovely. I'm always slightly anxious when I go to someone new for intimate waxing as there's always the potential for awkwardness. Cynthia is the total opposite – really friendly, happy and smiley, straight forward, asks you what you want and tells you what she needs from you to get the best out of your treatment.

It was a great facial and Cynthia was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed having some me time. She also nice as she came outside to find me when I was struggling to find the salon.
