Great facilities and great treatments. location isn't great. We needed to get a cab to the venue because it was nowhere close to any kind of public transport.

The treatment themselves were fantastic. The staff were very attentive and friendly. What let the experience down was the facilities. Several loungers were broken. The 2 hotbeds weren't working. Half of the pools bubbles and jets weren't working. Several tiles were missing in the steam rooms.

Extremely disappointed Totally miss sold. Spa is tiny with only 6 sunbeds. There were over 8 in the spa at one stage. Nothing felt relaxing I felt as if I was at the local swimming pool. Tried to book a massage however fully booked....? Looked to me everyone was in the pool and noone else where. Over all experience was rubbish we stayed 20 mins then left. Boring.

Only the Fire and Ice wasnotup to parr,because we had to wait 25mins, for fragence spray and when it did come, you smell only a slight scent.
