Booked online had great service, day before I emailed to confirm treatments and asked to confirm we can use spa facilities and was told yes. On the day the girl at reception was cold, a European girl. There was a sign saying steam room not working and this was one of the things that attracted us to the hotel as we had come many years ago. If we knew about this would have considered not coming. The person emailing us confirming should have let us know so was really disappointed.
In the spa the ice fountain wasn’t in use where as we had used this when we first came, also one of the fountains in the pool wasn’t working.
Little bit disappointed for steam room still not working and didn't get information about parking if you stay longer than 4 hours you have to pay extra . But sauna is very good.
Big problem it’s a phone. I try to many times and keep calling until they answer. And second the steam room not working and the staff didn’t inform about that.
