My visit turned out well in the end but I was messed about. At 8pm the evening before my appointment was due (also the day before my birthday) I was told that the therapsit for my appointment left the week before. I was angry that I had not been informed in advance as the massage was part of my birthday plans. Thankfully the manager called me personally and brought someone in to fulfil the booking. I was also given a bunch of flowers as an apology/birthday gift. Depsite the bad start I was happy with the treatment received.
Aromatherapy Massage
Always does my eyelashes well and they last for ages so good value for money. It is always a relaxing experience too, she is very skilled at what she does.

Very friendly staff, very gentle treatment - much more so that previous salons that I have visited. Was shown the different options so that I could make an informed choice - unlike previous salons that listened to what I wanted, but didn’t show me other options. Will definitely go back.
