I will not be coming back to this salon. Whilst the person who did my manicure was polite and friendly unfortunately she cut my cuticles too short to the point of bleeding which a week later still haven’t heeled. In addition to this the gel was applied too thickly and within a week had chipped when they are supposed to last over two weeks. Having called the salon to ask if they could fix it they told me to come in which I did and when I arrived the receptionist was rude and told me they couldn’t do anything because I hadn’t told them on the day I had them done. When I tried to explain it was because they applied the gel too thickly she wouldn’t listen to me. If I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for a full gel manicure again. Needless to say I will not be going back, it’s a shame they don’t value their customers!
