The beautician was closed so had to go to the neighbouring hairdresser, also part of the chain,but had to figure that out. Beautician running late, hairdresser apologetic but the beautician was pretty confrontational and I went there to relax! The treatment hydrotone facial was a complete waste of money did nothing.

Finding the right nail bar is a challenge. So many around, so few you want to spend time and money in. Who wants to be a customer somewhere that feels like a sweatshop? Finally I may have found the solution. Small, personal, efficient, charming. Run by therapists who are comfortable sharing their names and personalities. Great service, great value.

Eliana was a amazing at delivering the Caci treatment. She's professional, polite, attentive, friendly and always with a smile. Seeing that I didn't have such a great Caci experience at another salon, she reassured and put me at ease throughout each step of the treatment. The salon is very clean and the treatment was relaxing. I like the fact that she would recommend products that are suitable for my skin but she wasn't pushy about it. That's quite refreshing. I would definitely be returning (:
