I booked a facial quite last minute but have always driven past this establishment and it’s in a nice area of Leigh-on-Sea so I thought I’d try it out.
I went in and the therapist looked a bit scruffy - not the end of the world but normally therapists are immaculately turned out and well presented.
I was disappointed with my treatment the most. I could’ve done the same treatments at home on myself. I was placed on the bed and there was no blanket or anything to make me more comfortable/cosy. The therapist didn’t even ask if I was allergic to anything/what my skin type was/goals from the facial; luckily I’m not allergic to anything but normally you’re asked.
The cleanse was ok but I then had a sheet mask put on. Whilst the sheet mask worked its magic I was just left in the room for 10 minutes. Just to make it a bit more luxurious/personal maybe over a hand or head massage whilst that’s working.
Staff were polite enough but I just expected more.
I left with a cleansed face.. however it wasn’t anything special and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I had such a good service and treatment with Charlie that I had my baby/daughter come along with me to her very first experience for eyebrow and waxing treatment .
She absolutely loved it, I am impressed by the professionalism of the therapist. Hats off to all of you who took time and were patient with us, god bless always
