Venue was fine but my lip wax experience was not great! Rushed through with wax still on my face after I left with no moisturiser applied after treatment & not given the opportunity to check the results in the mirror once completed. My face mask removal once out of the salon was not pleasant as it was stuck to the wax that remained on my face!!!

So professional, and yet there's a relaxed atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone. You won't be disappointed
