Charlotte is a lovely lady, very calming and so knowledgeable.
I have had a few treatments and every time has been a good experience. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be returning.
Unfortunately the venue doesn’t provide a relaxing space. The acoustics are terrible in the treatment room. You can hear all conversations in the salon which the therapist tried to cover up with music which was playing extremely loud in the treatment room. Such a shame as the treatment itself was great but I wouldn’t come back. It’s a cold space.

Charli made me feel at ease throughout my treatment and was really professional.
I felt comfortable, safe and the use of all PPE was met.
Will definitely be returning
