I loved it. Best massage I've had in Richmond, and I've been to a few. The facial was an added bonus if I am honest. And I was complimented on how "rested" I looked and the description does say people will ask you if you've been on holiday. So good, I've already booked another one!
The room it is in is clean and calm. It is weird that it is in the basement of an office building, but once you are in the room and have your eyes closed, you could be in a spa anywhere in the world!
