The beauty part is downstairs so if you have difficulty getting up and down stairs not good. Ascetics not brilliant, lady doesn’t speak English very well, treatment was good but ambiance around not that great ! Also during treatment the lady was using her phone and it kept pinging which was a little frustrating.

excellent location treatment room down stairs bit difficult as partially sighted but staff amazing helpful friendly very patient too which for me was so helpful welcoming could explain slightly more about treatments english wasn't her 1st language

- Massage gun used on back neck, arms, legs!!!
- Massage gun had sharp edges
- Bright white light kept on during massage
- No hole or shaped towel at the top of the table so you either squashed your face and held your breath when on your stomach or 'rested' your face on folded arms - a waste of money if there to relax your neck/back/shoulders.
- 'Reception' a storage area
- Bright ceiling light turned on as soon massage over
- Oil wiped off body with scrunched up table paper that left scratches
