As an individual with ample waxing experience, this experience was terrible.
The waxing studio room was disgusting, with leftover hair from previous clients lining the work area. Also, the waxer re-used popsicle sticks in the same wax she previously dipped in. This was incredibly unsanitary and had me wondering how many other clients she "double-dipped" with. Additionally, I had skin lift, and bruising in my intimate waxing at this studio. Terrible experience, unsanitary, 0/10, avoid!

I don’t think I had Paula at all and I booked for a relaxing massage. The lady who I had didn’t speak any English so it was difficult to communicate. I had the massage with the wooden implements instead. It was still a good massage overall but not what I had booked.
