So my visit with my sister was a hassle. As I entered there was only one staff and we told her about our appointment through justwell. She called her manager and gave me the phone, manager said no other staff is present other than the lady I 1st met. instead of doing 2 pedicures and & facial I could only get 1 pedicure and 1 facial done. overall the facial was really good and relaxing however the door bell kept on ringing and nobody else was there to open it which was abit annoying. However the facial my sis got done wasn't very good and relaxing, waste of money honestly. Overall the service is good but need more staff to provide better customer service. Rooms are nice. Manager refunded me the money after 1 day which was great and I didn't have to call her up.
