Maria was really friendly and helpful, and was happy to alter the cut when I realised that what I'd asked for wasn't actually the thing I'd had in mind. It's the first time I've ever come out of a salon happy with the way a cut looks, and not just hoping it'll look different when I style it myself - thank you!
