I have had Caci facials before and this time i was disappointed as the beautician left me to relax with a mask more than doing the actual treatment. I felt I could have done it myself at home.

The lady was very nice and friendly and did her best to make me feel at ease and warm (it was a very cold day, but she gave me blankets and even put the heater on for me!) The place is really nice and clean and the waxing was okay, but did take a lot longer than it normally would.

I had a Shellac Manicure at Impressions in Palmers Green. Both girls were very nice and Effie especially was great to chat with. As for the treatment, I didn't really know what a shellac is and was a bit disappointed on the cuticle work - but I was explained clearly why it all had to be done dry and couldn't do more. It was entirely my fault for not checking better what shellac is about, but unfortunately the overall result wasn't quite as expected. Anyway, would definitely recommend the place, quite cosy :)
The beautician was absolutley lovely and informative. I didn't rate it 5 stars only because i have had facials that have left me glowing! This one was more relaxing. I don't know if i would go back for teh same thing but would go back for another type of treatment.
