Arrived for my appointment but the door was looked and the whole venue looked shut. When I called and stated I had an appointment the hairdresser had no idea but let me in. I felt uncomfortable like I had just disturbed her daily gossip with her friend who was sitting down and watching. I came out not liking my hair, though it will grow back. It was cut dangerously short and felt like it was being made up as she was going along. I got home and found loads of missed hairs that hadn’t been trimmed
