Second visit and Ewa remembered me and asked about any problems since the previous visit. Very professional but also friendly and caring which is what you need for this kind of treatment.

I was welcomed at the entrance by my practitioner who explained about various forms to complete as it was my first visit. The entrance area of the clinic, just off a busy road, is not particularly attractive but the treatment room was quiet, clean and comfortable. My practitioner was friendly, business like and efficient.

Ewa was very professional but also friendly so really put you at your ease. She went through everything really well and explained it all very clearly. She also asked all through the process if I was OK or needed her to stop etc. So you felt well supported and I have booked in my next appointment. Would thoroughly recommend.
