Lynda is nice and friendly (two stars instead of one for it) but this was one of the poorest mani experiences I have had.
The instruments came from a textile pouch. Not a sterile envelope or at least a bactericide jar. Very concerning.
Half way through the service, Lynda disappeared to another room to deal with what appeared to me an argument with a colleague.
My nails were not great when I came in, but Lynda’s hesitation to deal with them didn’t fill me with confidence that they would turn out good
And they didn’t turn out good. Some are still longer than others despite multiple changes (I gave up in the end), and the varnish is not uniform and not painted all the way to the cuticle.

Excellent experience. Silvana is very warm and friendly and did a lovely job of my hair. In testament to this, I was IDed buying wine just afterwards and I am of the age where this is a triumph...!

This was my first time to visit the salon, I brought my baby along as I didn’t have a babysitter and the girls couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. It was such a nice experience and Silvana’s colour and cut was brilliant, blow dry with volume was perfect, exactly what I was hoping for.
Definitely be back soon.
