Very disappointed, unfortunately no idea what it is Balayage and Olso not responsibility for what the lady Ina it’s making , to hold on the head arround 2 hours the bleach, unfortunately I was left with out hair who want to know just go to website in Facebook and will find me !!! Hope just me was have that experience and no one to have any more !!! And plus her husband very rout like Ina asual they was try to scare me on the message that to not publish nothing for what it was done Becouse they will not pay me back my money 165£ for the point that they left me with out hair !!! Thank you guys ! Unfortunately the treating people like animals it’s not fare !! We all humans!! This is more important then all ! Girls all ladies don’t make my mistake
