Not sure where to start with the terrible experience I’ve just had
I waited outside where there was another customer and partner were waiting. The stylist opened the door for them and watching me quickly closed it in my face. A woman then came out and I explained what just happened but nobody apologised. I felt completely excluded as nobody spoke English and were clearly talking about me
The hair treatment was rubbish

I had a very nice me time! Ayse was very nice, gentle and sweet! I will definitely come back and recommend the salon, whether you book with Marie or Ayse, they are both very nice and professional! And it is great to see how they are both working together!

Even though Ayse is still in training, she is very gentle and thorough and really does a great job. I would definitely book again with her.
If you still need more convincing before booking with her, rest assured that Marie is still around to make sure the end result is up to the salon’s standards!
