I booked and paid for arm and back waxing. When I arrived, they seemed unprepared and busy. Kiran seemed stressed, and the arm wax was painful. The next day, I noticed skin had been ripped off my arms. I called to request a refund and got it, but only for the back (£15), not the arms (£20). The owner apologized saying it was a "mistake" and asked me if I wanted another £5. I said no as this is not about the money, but the lack of care. I am not coming back.
