Not the best experience. My appointment was pushed back by 30mins and then delayed another 15mins. The wax was very hot. There was no towel for modesty only paper towels the therapist used to protect my underwear. I told Kiran I had to leave by 2.30 at the latest and she was still waxing and plucking after 2.30pm. There was wax also left on me. Kiran tried her best but the organisation and communication from management were poor and negatively impacted the service. I will not be returning.
