When I arrived, Annabelle and Marija were welcoming and created a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, things changed when the owner showed up—the energy became tense and uncomfortable. She seemed more focused on criticizing her staff than contributing. The waxing room wasn’t clean, which she blamed on them instead of helping. My nails turned out okay, not amazing, but Annabelle was lovely and made the experience much better overall.
