I’m honestly really disappointed with my haircut. The layers weren’t blended at all — i can clearly see harsh lines instead of a smooth transition, which makes it look really uneven and poorly done. On top of that, it was cut way shorter than I asked for, which is frustrating because now I’m stuck waiting for it to grow out. I expected a lot better in terms of both skill and attention to what I actually wanted. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience

Awful experience. It started over half an hour late. The venue is dated, dirty, and felt cheap. I hope the tools were sterilised. I went in for a chiropody treatment, but she barely carried out a proper pedicure. The cuticle work was poor, and there was no real technique in applying the varnish. Don’t waste your time or money.

Quite disappointing experience. Hair Brushes were dirty full of old hair. I booked for a blow dry and asked at the Salan if she could do a wavy blow dry and showed a picture. the lady dried my hair and then proceeded to curl it using a straightener but my hair was frizzy as it’s naturally curly. It was the most painful experience she was tugging at my hair and head Not sure I’d recommend for a blow dry as don’t think it’s something she often does
