I should have listened to the one-star review I learned the hard way.
I booked a Hollywood wax expecting everything in the intimate area to be included, but during the appointment I was told they don’t wax the bikini line or buttock area as part of their Hollywood service. This wasn’t made clear beforehand, and I left feeling disappointed.
To make matters worse, the wax wasn’t even completed properly. I still had hair left behind, so I didn’t leave feeling clean or satisfied. For something that
