I had a full spa pedicure (45mins)booked.The therapist was kind, caring, detail-oriented, dedicated. She did a good job, but the treatment took much longer than expected (2hrs in total). With improved timing, her service would be excellent.

Nice staff but wax took an hour and they had to re-do some areas as not all the hair was gone. My usual place would take 15 mins for the same amount of hair. Also charged £15 extra for buttocks which is usually included in Hollywood. Disappointing.
