The salon looks lovely and clean.
Marie was welcoming and professional. She made me feel comfortable and explained to me how the treatment is performed, she also gave me lots of advices for the after care. I had micro needling for the first time, and two days post treatment, I think my skin looks great! I will come back to the salon in three weeks for a brightening peel.

The venue was disorganised & overbooked, so I got treated by someone different - who was new, didn't fully know how to do nails. She cut my nail beds too deep into the cuticle and my finger nails bled at a few different places. My toe nails as well were cut very haphazardly and too deep - I still have pain 3 days later. I didn't feel the equipment was hygienic, they re-used nail files & buffs without sanitising them, and forgot my top coat (nailpaint chipped in 1 hour). Disappointing experience.
