Everyone was so lovely and overall my experience was good. My only feedback is I've had both full head and half head of highlights from a lot of different places (outside london) and although I paid/booked for a full head it was more like a half head. There wasnt as many foils as would have liked/I'm used to! Other than that I'm happy with the colour :)
