Very little was explained about what was happening and my nose still hurts 3 days after from attempted blackhead extraction! Salon not very clean. Felt uncomfortable throughout

Sadly my appointment started 20 minutes late and then finished 15 minutes early so I only got 35 minutes of the treatment I paid for.
Therapist was nice but stressed and perhaps overworked.
